      3. Account Registration

      To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. By registering:

      • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into these Terms.

      • You acknowledge that account sharing is prohibited, and each account is for one user only.

      BrandsBuilder AI provides AI-generated branding insights. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

      • AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional or legal advice.
      • You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply AI-generated branding recommendations.
      • We do not guarantee business success or branding outcomes from AI-generated content.
      • Creativeans Pte Ltd is not liable for any financial loss, reputational damage, or business impact resulting from AI-generated branding strategies.

      7. Prohibited Uses

      You agree not to use the Service for:

      • Illegal or fraudulent activities.
      • Infringing on intellectual property rights.
      • Generating false, misleading, or offensive branding materials.
      • Overloading or disrupting Service functionality.
      • Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse AI-generated outputs.

      Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

      8. Intellectual Property

      All AI-generated branding content remains the intellectual property of the user, but:

      • BrandsBuilder AI retains rights to improve its AI models based on user interactions (excluding personal data).
      • Users may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute Service outputs commercially without explicit permission.

      9. Third-Party Services

      Our Service integrates with third-party tools, such as:

      • Payment Processing: Stripe, PayPal
      • Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel
      • Cloud Storage: AWS, Google Cloud

      We do not store payment details and are not liable for third-party service issues.
