Why We Built This
BrandsBuilder.ai is younger than Creativeans by fourteen years. In our consultancy’s first fourteen years, client interactions were straightforward: a meeting, scope, proposal, project, and payment.
With BrandsBuilder Studio, it’s different. It’s a monthly subscription, not project-based. The platform is new, with no Google reviews or case studies published yet.
Starting from S$2,400/month, it’s a real decision for any Singapore SME founder. I’ve asked enough to know the questions: Will the designer get our brand? What if the work isn’t right? What happens if we change our mind?
To answer honestly: we share the risk. If a month with Studio doesn’t earn your continuation, I don’t want to keep all of your money.
Here’s how it works: pay for the monthly plan for Month 1, like any other vendor. If you’re not satisfied in the first 30 days, just email us. We’ll refund half within seven business days. The half we keep covers the designer’s time, AI processing, and onboarding. The final deliverables are yours, but we retain source files, strategy docs, and brand intelligence outputs until you continue to Month 2.

How The Programme Works
You subscribe the standard way
Sign the quotation and pay for the monthly pay within seven days via PayNow, FAST, GIRO, or credit card. Once payment is received, we’ll get started within one business day.
Experience Studio for 30 Days
A dedicated designer will be assigned to your brand. Orka AI will generate your brand audit, and we’ll deliver your first set of work within 48 hours. You get two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Your first month includes ten design credits, just like any other Studio Starter subscriber.
Decide by Day 30
Continue: Pay Invoice 2 for Month 2, and the source files from Month 1 are yours.
Pause: Simply do nothing, or email us to pause the relationship.
Use the Guarantee: If it’s not the right fit, email us before Day 30 for a 50% refund, processed within seven business days.

- GST already remitted to IRAS, where applicable, which we cannot recover on your behalf
- Editable source files, drafts, and working documents (these transfer in Month 2)
- The Orka AI brand audit and strategy documents (these transfer in Month 2)
- Cancellations after Day 30 — the Guarantee applies to Month 1 only
Frequently Asked Questions
A full refund means we lose money on every cancellation, which means we either inflate the base price to cover it, restrict who can subscribe, or cut corners on service to protect margin. None of those serve clients well. Half the fee covers our actual costs in Month 1: dedicated designer hours, Orka AI processing, onboarding. The other half is yours back if it’s not the right fit. Honest math, both directions.
No justification needed. Send one email to studio@brandsbuilder.ai before Day 30. We process the refund. We may ask for ten minutes of your time afterwards to learn what didn’t work — not to change your mind, just to learn. You can say no.
A free trial means you pay nothing upfront. This is not that. You commit fully — the monthly plan paid by invoice the same way you pay any SG B2B vendor. The Guarantee gives you a 50% recovery option if it doesn’t work out. The full commitment is the point: it ensures both sides take the engagement seriously.
No to both. There is no auto-renewal. Each month is invoiced separately with seven-day terms. You can pay by PayNow Corporate, FAST, GIRO, or credit card via secure payment link. To continue into Month 2, you pay the next invoice. To stop, you don’t.
From a signed quotation: Invoice 1 issued same day. Payment received within seven days. Service starts within one business day of payment. Brand intake completed within 24 hours. Kickoff call within 48 hours. First deliverable in your hands by Day 5.
The Founder’s Confidence Guarantee applies to Studio Starter, the entry tier at S$2,400 a month. Studio Grow and Studio Scale have their own onboarding terms negotiated as part of the higher-commitment subscription. If you’re considering Grow or Scale, talk to us — we’ll structure protection that fits.
Your brand intake data, brand assets you shared with us, and any client records remain confidential under our Terms and Conditions and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act. We will not use them in marketing or share them externally without your written consent. Source files and strategy documents we created remain BrandsBuilder.ai property until you continue into Month 2, but we don’t use them with anyone else.
