Enzim needed to overcome three barriers simultaneously: shifting consumer perception away from “foaming = effectiveness” (SLS creates foam but damages oral microbiome), establishing credibility in a new market with zero brand recognition, and building a complete brand presence across digital and physical channels, from packaging and website to social media, marketing campaigns, and exhibition materials, within a tight launch timeline and budget.
